Born and raised in St. Cloud and now calling Sartell home, Emily brings warmth, compassion, and attention to detail to her role at Jacobs Financial Group. With a Bachelor of Science in Mortuary Science, she spent over a decade as a licensed Funeral Director, guiding families through some of life’s most delicate moments.
Now, as Operations Manager, Emily carries that same dedication to care by creating clear processes, supporting advisors, and making sure every client experience runs smoothly. She thrives in roles that blend empathy with organization, bringing a steady and thoughtful presence to the team.
Outside of work, you’ll often find Emily experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, enjoying the outdoors with her husband Mike and their two kids, MJ and Lauren, or relaxing with a good book at their family cabin up north. She holds a Life and Health Insurance license and is actively pursuing additional securities registrations. Emily lives by the belief that small acts of kindness can brighten someone’s whole day, and that mindset shines through in everything she does.
