In his current role as Cultural Officer, Jim focuses on preserving and strengthening the firm’s core values and Christian principles. He serves as a mentor, leader, and culture carrier, helping to align the team with Jacobs Financial’s mission and shared sense of purpose. With over five decades of experience, he offers a valuable blend of wisdom and heart that continues to shape the firm's direction.
Outside of the office, Jim is actively involved in charitable efforts and community outreach. His dedication to giving back and building lasting relationships reflects the spirit of Jacobs Financial and the legacy he continues to grow.
